WHAT IF THE PRODUCT I ORDERED IS INCORRECT OR DAMAGED?
We are confident in our choice of delivery service however accidents happen and if you find your order is damaged or incorrect please email us immediately and we will resolve the matter.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Simply return the product with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you received the product. We will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. For further information please refer to our returns policy.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We currently only ship in the UK and delivery time is 3 - 5 business days.

Delivery costs range from £3.50 - £24 depending on order value, with free delivery for over £100.

For our "Backyard" collection delivery is 10 business days and is £15 for orders under £1,000 and free delivery for orders over £1,000.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
Yes. We are happy to make changes to your order, providing your order has not already been despatched. Please email us your order number and the changes you wish to make.
WILL MY ORDER BE PLASTIC FREE?
Yes. We do not use any plastic packaging throughout our business. All customer orders will be despatched entirely plastic free. Our packaging is 100% recycled materials, including the address labels. We have also introduced seed paper, which you can plant out and it will grow wildflowers.
WHAT IS PLASTIC FREE GARDENING?
We want to encourage gardeners new & experienced, to use the plastic already in circulation but to also work with some of the alternatives we sell in order to help reduce the plastic pollution threatening our oceans and our wildlife. For more information check out our Blog page.
